In this live online workshop, we will delve into what Agile Coaching is; including the attributes, mindset shifts, and capabilities that are required to be successful in the role.
You will walk away with a clear understanding of the Agile Coaching discipline. Additionally, you will gain access to a personalized mini-coaching stance and an introductory roadmap to begin exploring your own coaching style and personal development areas.
While there is no formal prerequisite for this workshop, prior experience in Agile environments is recommended.

Michael W. Nassif is a Senior Agile Leader with over a decade of experience and a solid delivery track record in the Digital Product space. He originally came from a technical background where he led many high visibility initiatives in various fortune 100+ firms and startups. Some of his clients include Capital One, Chevron, Autodesk, BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors and Shape Security.
As a principal at ZenAgile, he has guided organizations at different points in their journey and has helped them to discover what is possible with a strong Agile foundation in place.
Michael specializes in building self-organizing, high performing and empowered teams and transformation initiatives. He provides training and workshops to various audiences in the application of Agile/Lean, Scrum and Kanban. He advises coaches, leaders and executives on organizational delivery approaches, and Agile mindset and culture training.
