While there is no formal prerequisite for this course, prior experience in Agile environments is strongly recommended.

This class will be conducted over five days in 4-hour live online sessions. Between the live sessions, there will be offline homework exercises to complete.

Agile Coaching Certification issuance:*
In order to receive the Agile Coaching Professional (ICP-ACC) certification, attendees must successfully complete the course as is delivered by an ICAgile Authorized Trainer.
Successful completion of the course entails full participation in the workshop, assignments and exercises, as well as a demonstrated understanding of the course learning objectives and the delivery of a final project assignment.

About the Instructor:
Michael W. Nassif is a Senior Agile Leader with over a decade of experience and a solid delivery track record in the Digital Product space. He originally came from a technical background where he led many high visibility initiatives in various fortune 100+ firms and startups. Some of his clients include Capital One, Chevron, Autodesk, BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors and Shape Security.
As a principal at ZenAgile, he has guided organizations at different points in their journey and has helped them to discover what is possible with a strong Agile foundation in place.
Michael specializes in building self-organizing, high performing and empowered teams and transformation initiatives. He provides training and workshops to various audiences in the application of Agile/Lean, Scrum and Kanban. He advises coaches, leaders and executives on organizational delivery approaches, and Agile mindset and culture training.
